PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

Proof of student’s status will be checked at registration. Please bring it with you.

Registration deadline: May 31, 2013

The prices include all taxes. The total amount can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer via on-line registration. An invoice can be obtained on simple request.

For cancellations received by May 3, 2013, the participation fee will be reimbursed less a processing charge of € 50. After that date a reimbursement cannot be made; however it is still possible to nominate a replacement delegate.
