**We will send you an official invitation with an acquitted invoice, as soon as we have received your payment.
^(a) We offer members and non-members the possibility to include in this meeting fee the registration fees for the coming 3 years. If you are not member of the GP-TCM Research Association, you can apply for membership here A copy of your membership application must be sent to the Membership Secretary and to the Meeting Secretary. If membership application is approved, the 500 euro will also cover the membership fees from 2015-2017.
^(b) If you are a student but not yet a member of the GP-TCM Research Association, you can apply for membership here. The membership is free for students for three years. A copy of your membership application and proof of full time enrollment at a degree-granting University or College (i.e., attestation from your institution or copy of your student card) must be sent to the Membership Secretary and to the Meeting Secretary.
^(c) For students there will be some competitive grants available that will cover at least the registration fee. Conditions for grant eligibility: early registration; student members or students who have submitted student membership application upon registration; proof of student status; submission and acceptance of an abstract; endorsement from supervisor.

PAYMENT

Deadline for early registration: April 30, 2015. After that date, all registration fee will increase by 100€.

End of registration: June 15, 2015

The prices include all taxes. The total amount can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer via on-line registration. An invoice can be obtained on simple request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Meeting Secretary. The amount of the refunded portion depends on the time we receive the written notification:

Until June 1, 2015: Full refund minus bank charges and 3‐year membership fees

June 1 - June 15, 2015: 50 % of fees paid minus bank charges and 3‐year membership fees

After June 15, 2015: No refund
