PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
  • Proof of student’s status will be checked at registration. Please bring it with you.
  • Deadline for early bird registration: 31/05/2013. After that date, price will increase:
    - Symposium Registration: 900 €
    - Academic Registration: 800 €
    - Student Registration: 450 €
    - Exhibition Space with table (includes one Participant): 1300 €
    - Additional Participant with exhibition space: 800 €
    - Accompanying person: 350 €
  • End of late registration: 15/07/2013
  • The prices include all taxes. The total amount can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer via on-line registration. An invoice can be obtained on simple request.
  • For cancellations received by May 31, 2013, the participation fee will be reimbursed less a processing charge of € 50. After that date a reimbursement cannot be made; however it is still possible to nominate a replacement deligate.
