PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
  • Deadline for early bird registration: 01/06/2015. After that date, registration fees will increase to 250 €
  • End of late registration: 21/06/2015
  • The prices include all taxes. The total amount can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer via on-line registration. An invoice can be obtained on simple request.
  • For cancellations received by 01/06/2015, the participation fee will be reimbursed less a processing charge of € 50. After that date a reimbursement cannot be made; however it is still possible to nominate a replacement delegate.
