    PAYMENT
  • After August 08, 2022, registration fees will be of 120€ (standard) & 100€ (PhD students)
  • Proof of student/PhD status will be checked upon arrival for registration.
  • Cancellation Policy: full refund minus bank charges until August 31, 2022. No refund after this date.
  • All taxes are included. The total amount can be paid by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or by bank transfer.
  • A link to your invoice will be enclosed in the e-mail confirming your registration.
