PAYMENT

Starting from 04/05/2023, late registration fees will be applied.

*Proof of student/PhD status will be checked upon arrival for registration.

Deadline for registration: 14/05/2023

Cancellation Policy: full refund minus bank charges until 14/05/2023. No refund after this date.

All taxes are included. The total amount can be paid by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or by bank transfer.

An invoice will be enclosed in the e-mail confirming your registration.
